Level 1: Support connection

this is the most basic level of support coordination type of support. It’s all about helping you understand and navigate the National Disability Scheme (NDIS) system. It focuses on building your choice and control over your supports and services.

Level 2: Coordination of supports

provides more comprehensive assistance and suitable for participants with more complex needs. You’ll work closely with your support coordinator to implement your plans. They will also do the legwork to coordinate your supports, assessing service providers, developing service agreements, and managing the quality of your supports. There will also be a focus on building your capacity to manage your own supports effectively.

Level: 3 Specialist support coordination

is a time limited support, designed for participants with significantly high or complex needs. It’s for those who require specialist expertise. Specialist support coordinators have knowledge and experience in complex service systems, therapeutic interventions and crisis management.
